This research paper presents a highly significant study on new type of static mixer, using advanced numerical simulations to assess its mixing efficiency. The mixer's unique T-shaped design with spherical chamber and side entrances deviates from traditional designs, resulting in smooth fluid-flow reduced risk blockages. mixer employs hydrodynamic pumps create vortex, enhancing mixing. Numerical reveal detailed insights into flow behavior performance, demonstrating an impressive 94% efficiency within 2 cm diameter sphere. innovative technique offer practical solutions industrial problems, benefiting the chemical, pharmaceutical, related industries. high leads cost savings improved product quality, while achieving highest index at Re = 650 sets milestone These findings contribute applied mechanics optimize processes.
